The company was started in 1993 at Chennai by Late Mr. M.C. Simon as a Proprietorship company. It later became a Private Ltd company in the year 2011 and extended its services pan India. Our area of expertise also covers supply and service of a complete range of Swimming Pool equipment’s for both domestic and commercial purposes. The company operates with a vibrant, dynamic and highly experienced team that is extremely accountable and service-minded with a strong desire to ensure our clients always feel special.
We welcome working with our Clients and Architects directly and have a significant experience working with multiple stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process. Our past successes have enabled us to expand operations outside of our base in Chennai to Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Pondicherry and Goa. We also have projects in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Andaman & Nicobar Islands among other locations.

The late Mr. M C Simon is recognized as a great guru as well as a father figure of the successful 30 years old organization and its employees. He was the driving force behind the establishment of our two prime verticals- Clearwater Pools and Gardens and Pools; he believed in contributing with the fullest reliability with on-time delivery and 100% commitment towards the Projects that were undertaken. He was and continues to remain an Inspiration and a motivator for his employees – he led his team in a common and unified direction and was well known for his kind heartedness and straightforwardness. His team continues to exemplify the best of these virtues and values in all the projects that they undertake.

A seasoned and courageous polymath, Mr. Saravanan- Director of Clearwater Pools, has grown the organization from strength to strength in a swift and capable manner. He engages in intensive planning, innovation and rigorous implementation and execution of all the projects that are undertaken. His long term goal is to expand the services of Clearwater Pools to various locations across India while simultaneously benefiting the employees and key stakeholders of the organization. He continues to engage himself closely with all the staff members to ensure the highest level of integrity in everything undertaken.

The Director
A well organized, extremely calm and poised expert with extensive experience in the field of Landscape & Horticulture, Mr. Pradeep- Director for the Gardens and Pools Division, stands as one of the pillars of the organization. Having intimately travelled with the Founder since day one, he continues to pursue the company’s objectives vigorously and with passion. Mr. Pradeep has a great deal of exposure in Landscape Design and is the Chief Horticulturist in the company. He also possesses immense knowledge in the cultivation of different Plants and Trees.
